This Privacy Policy applies when (i) you use our Website (hereinafter – Website), (ii) Internet registration services, (iii) communicate with our Company on the phone or by e-mail, or (iv) visit us on social media – Facebook or Instagram (hereinafter all together – Services).

In processing personal data, the Company relies on and follows the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – BDAR), the law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts that regulate personal data protection.


The Privacy Policy is a document that contains information about the Company, acting as a data controller, which processes your personal data, as well as the main principles of your personal data processing and how you can exercise your rights. The Company has a unilateral right to modify and update the Privacy Policy. You can familiarise yourself with the latest version of the Privacy Policy on our Website. 


The term ‘personal data’ used in this Privacy Policy means any information related to you or any information that can directly or indirectly identify you, including data related to your health.

We can disclose your personal data:

  • When the Company involves data controllers to process your personal data. The said data controllers may be as follows: real-time communication service provider, data centre provider, internet registration service provider, companies providing browsing or internet activity analysis and related services, advertising, marketing companies, companies that develop, provide, support and expand software, companies providing information technology infrastructure services, communication service providers and any other service providers to whom your personal is disclosed to the extent needed to provide their services.
  • Certain technical data of your visits to the Website (IP address, cookies, your browser’s technical data, and any other data related to browsing on the website), browsing statistics, analysis and for other related goals may be transferred to subjects operating both within and outside the European Economic Area (for example, when we use Google Analytics, the mentioned subject is a company operating in the United States of America). We will store your personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.  Personal data will be stored:

  • For 6 months after you submit a request/review about our services;
  • Information about appointment bookings will be stored 5 years at most after your appointment;
  • Results of your tests and analyses will be stored at your personal account on our Website 5 years at most after we receive the results;
  • audio recordings will be stored for 6 months at most.

Your personal data may be stored for a longer period in the following cases:

  • If your personal data is needed to resolve a disagreement or complaint;
  • Your personal data is stored in backup copies or in other ways due to the technical requirements applied to our information systems;
  • Legislation provides for longer periods of storage.

In this case, your personal data will be stored as long as needed to minimally achieve the purpose.

Upon expiration of the term, your personal data will be destroyed within a reasonable term.


You have the following rights which may be implemented to the extent provided by legislation:

  • The right to access your personal data and the ways it is being processed;
  • The right to rectify invalid, inaccurate or incomplete data, to erase your personal data or restrict processing of your personal data if personal data processing is unlawful or there are other legal grounds;

Hereby the Company notifies that implementation of the above-listed rights may depend on the conditions for implementation of particular right established by legal acts. Therefore, subject to the grounds established by legal acts, the Company has a right to refuse to implement a particular right requested by you by providing a grounded written response.

Upon receiving your request, the Company commits to implement your right or refuse to do it by providing a grounded written response not later than within one month after the receipt of your request.
