Gift cards can be purchased for any sum or any medical procedure rendered by Northway Medical Centre. You can order a gift card via the Internet or at Northway Medical Centre’s office.

Available options:

• An electronic gift card, which we will send to your e-mail. All you need to do is print it out on the paper of your choice.
• A paper gift card, which will be sent via Lithuanian post to the indicated address (delivery time is 3 to 5 workdays, delivery is free of charge).

How to purchase a gift card:

• Transfer money to pay for the selected service or any sum you want to present as a gift to Northway medicinos centrai, UAB (company code 111807761) bank account: LT797044060001017758, AB „SEB Vilniaus bankas“, bank code 70440;
• Send an e-mail to ieva.asmoniene@northway.lt, with the following information: recipient’s name and surname, a title of the service or sum to be presented as a gift, payer’s name, surname, and type of gift card you want to receive (electronic or paper). If you wish to receive a paper gift card, please indicate your address. If you wish to receive an electronic card – your e-mail address. After we receive the payment, the gift card will be sent to your e-mail.

Important:

• Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of its purchase.
• Gift Card cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Gift Card is not an item to be applied to a VAT invoice.
• Upon the customer’s request, we can issue a delivery and acceptance certificate and send it to the provided e-mail.
